How does the elements phased approach work?

You can select the phases or phases you need to support you in the purchase of your custom jet completion.

Can I add services as I go at a later date?

Yes. Once you are a client of ours with an active service phase, you can request to add an additional phase or phases as required. You may for example already have an aircraft and a designer and wish to start with completion center selection at phase 3 and following successful delivery of center study and selection, add project development & delivery oversight (phases 4 & 5).

What is the fully managed service?

Our premier service. This service manages the complete process for buyers from initial customer requirement to delivery completion. We provide representation for the buyer throughout the completion, ensuring all aspects are fully managed and the buyers interests are fully represented and protected.

We can work with the beneficial owner's representatives as required to provide oversight and assurance services with expert advisory.

Do I need to be heavily involved in the process?

Not at all! We need some time to complete on-boarding and agreement of phase deliverables. After that, we can handle everything. You can be involved as much or as little as you require, please you'll have access 24/7 to ClientView if you want to check in or provide feedback. You will ideally be needed to validate certain decisions, these will be presented to you with our advisory, or optional you may decide to provide us full delegation of authority to proceed on your behalf.

What is a custom jet completion?

A private jet with a custom interior and/or exterior livery to the specification of the beneficial owner. The process is complex and ideally requires assurance of the completion project from the buyers side to ensure that as a buyer the aircraft is completed as expected to contract.

The term was created to describe the process of 'completing' a narrow or wide-body jet supplied new from production without a furnished interior or external paint supplied 'green' (with a green zinc anti-corrosion primer applied to provide protection and prevent corrosion of the aluminum surface).

How do I select a phase and engage your services?

Select the first phase you want support with. There is a small deposit to pay (which is deducted from the phase total), following payment of the deposit and receipt of your requirements we will contact you to arrange understand in more detail your needs and should both parties agree to proceed.

The deposit is required so that we have confidence in directing our resources to genuine clients.
