Project management and oversight services, essential for the management of complex custom jet completions. We provide these services principally as buyer / client side representation; however also as a coordination support service for designers, owner representatives, completion centers, and more.
Project controls is an essential element of project management, and provide the planning, scheduling, cost control, and the basis for 'baseline' performance management and reporting. This is our sweet spot and in our view an essential component for effective management of Boeing BBJ completions and refurbishments.
We provide an important function within contract advisory services, ensuring that the important elements are present to enable the effective management and control of the completions project. We work either as, or with your selected owner representative and legal council to ensure a completions contract that is representative of the Boeing Business Jet interior completion and refurbishment you desire.
